Warren begins her seventh season as assistant coach for the Point softball program in 2018.  Before Point, Warren served as head softball coach and Life Science teacher at her high school alma mater, Boyd-Buchanan in Chattanooga, Tenn.  During that time she also worked as a pitching instructor at Fury Fastpitch Academy.

 

A 2009 graduate of the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga with a Bachelor’s in Middle Grades Math and Science Education, Warren enjoyed a successful playing career at Lee University (Tenn.) and Chattanooga State (Tenn.).

 

Pitching for Lee, she guided the Flames to a Southern States Conference Championship in 2007 and a runner-up finish in 2008.  Her teams finished in the top 10 in the nation both yearsand posted a combined 75-30 record.  Warren’s performance in the circle helped her be recognized for many conference awards while with the Flames.

 

Warren began her career with Chattanooga State where she was a part of a 100-23 record through two years in the program.  While at CSCC, her team was ranked in the top 10 nationally. Her play vaulted the Tigers to successive conference and regional championships, while finishing number three and number six in the NJCAA National Tournament.  She finished up both years as an Academic All-American selection.
