Tori Linder, a graduate of Mill Creek High school and a transfer student from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, has decided to transfer to Point University and run for the Chargers. Linder who is no stranger to running road races around the metro area states, "I am very excited to be a part of the athletic program at Point University and run cross country, I am looking forward to running with other girls who are as passionate about running as I am."

Tori will be majoring in counseling and human services at Point. She is very active in Young Life and currently mentors high school students in the Atlanta area. Tori will be busy this summer as she is taking her Young Life group out West in June, and in July she will be in Kenya and Tanzania for her second consecutive summer on a mission trip. "Point University is very blessed to have a young lady with the character and leadership qualities that Tori exhibits," said Coach Caldwell. "She will be a tremendous asset to our cross country team, providing the necessary depth needed to be a competitive team."


Tori Linder is transferring to Point University and will run on the Chargers cross country team.
